1. General Information

1.1 The World Cup promotion starts on March 4th, 2026, and ends at 23:59 UTC on June 22nd, 2026.

1.2 The promotion is open to all players holding an active account on Cleobetra.

1.3 The Grand Prize consists of the World Cup Final Package; the prize includes business flights, hotel accommodation, tickets for the World Cup Final for two people, transfers and hospitality (preferred seating, pre-match/post-match, welcome drinks and snacks, theme zones and official gift).

1.4 Participants will be ranked from 1st to 5th place at the end of the promotion, and will receive Grand Prize or cash prizes based on their final position in the leaderboard:

* The Grand prize consists of a trip to the World Cup Final and requires eligibility to travel to the USA.

1.5 The player ranked in 1st place (the “Winner”) shall be awarded the World Cup Final Package, which is provided on an “as available” basis without any representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, by the Company regarding services provided by third parties (including airlines, hotels, and event organizers), including but not limited to any changes or cancellations to the event or travel itinerary.

1.6 The World Cup Final Package is granted on a gross basis (any and all costs, taxes, fees, or expenses not explicitly listed in the prize description shall be borne solely by the Winner; this includes but is not limited to travel insurance; visa fees; personal expenses; meals not covered by hospitality); any additional personal expenses accrued by the Winner at the hotel (e.g mini bar or other similar hotel services); and/or local transport beyond specified transfers, as the Company shall have no obligation to bear or reimburse any such costs.

1.7 It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to obtain a valid visa; ESTA; or any necessary travel authorization required for entry to the USA. The Company shall not be held liable should entry be denied by authorities or if the required travel documents are not secured within the necessary timeframe.

1.8 The Winner shall be solely responsible for satisfying all legal and regulatory requirements in relation to international travel; this includes maintaining a valid passport; obtaining all necessary visas or permits required by the host country and the Winner’s country of residence; obtaining any travel insurances; and ensuring compliance with any entry protocols in effect at the time of travel; as the Company shall have no obligation to bear, facilitate, or reimburse any costs or administrative tasks related to these requirements.

1.9 The Grand prize winner will be contacted within 24 hours of the promotion's end date by our support team, and must confirm their wish to attend and claim their prize package within 72 hours of being notified. Should the grand prize winner not wish to attend and instead claim the grand prize, they can forfeit this grand prize package in full and instead be awarded a monetary prize of €15,000, which will be credited to the Winner’s casino account.

1.10 The prizes for 2, 3, 4 and 5 positions will be automatically credited into the casino account within 24 hours of the promotion’s end date by our support team.

1.11 The prize amounts will be determined and finalized on the official leaderboard as of 23:59 UTC on June 22nd, 2026 (the promotion’s end date) and may vary depending on the exchange rate of the Euro-equivalent to the local currency at that time.

1.12 The cash prize amounts will be credited to the player’s balance; before such can be withdrawn, there will be a wagering requirement of 1x on casino games, live games and sports bets.

2. Participation

2.1 Participation in the World Cup promotion does not restrict players from joining or winning other tournaments or promotions available on the site, including slot-based and sports tournaments, while collecting FC Coins.

2.2 To earn FC Coins, players must take part in weekly casino or sports tournaments.

2.3 Tournaments start every Monday, beginning on the 4th of March, 2026.

2.4 FC Coin accrual and tournament participation follow the respective tournament rules.

Minimum qualifying casino bet: 0.30 EUR

Eligible games: All casino slot games

Minimum qualifying sport bet: 2 EUR

Eligible events: Only bets placed on the following sports will count towards this tournament: football, tennis, basketball, table tennis, ice hockey, American football, baseball, and E-sports.

2.5 The Participants of the weekly World Cup tournament (casino and sports) will earn a score, which will be shown on the weekly leaderboard of each tournament.

2.5.1 At the end of each weekly tournament, the 100 participants with the highest scores will receive FC coins.

2.5.2 FC Coins accumulated throughout the entire promotional period will be used to determine the final overall positions on the World Cup Promotion Leaderboard.

2.5.3 The procedure for awarding FC Coins is described in the World Cup Tournament Rules.

3. Leaderboard and Coin Distribution

3.1 All players who receive FC Coins will be displayed on a World Cup Leaderboard on the Promo Page, showing their coin balance and current position.

3.2 The Global Leaderboard is updated every Tuesday after the conclusion of each weekly tournament.

3.3 FC Coins are credited to player accounts every Tuesday following the end of the respective weekly tournament.

3.4 The Global Leaderboard is determined by the total number of FC Coins accumulated throughout the promotion period.

3.5 If two or more participants achieve the same score in a weekly tournament, the player’s VIP level will be used as a tiebreaker to determine the final ranking.

3.6 In case of an equal number of FC Coins, the participant’s VIP level will be used to determine their position on the leaderboard.

4. Compliance

4.1 All participants must comply with the general Terms and Conditions of the Cleobetra, as well as the specific rules outlined in this Promotion.

5. Organizer’s Rights

5.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend eligibility criteria, tournament structure, scoring rules, or point allocation at any time during the promotion. Such amendments may be made to improve the tournament process, ensure fairness, or mitigate potential risks.

5.2 The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any player found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, multiple account usage, or abuse of bonus systems.

5.3 In case of technical errors, bets may be voided, and points removed.

5.4 If fraudulent behavior is detected, winnings may be confiscated.
